Eccentric aristocrat pleads guilty to firearms offences

Stately home owner Sir Benjamin Slade has pleaded guilty to two firearms offences at Taunton Magistrates Court.

The owner of Maunsel House in Somerset admitted owning a Fabarm shotgun without holding a certificate and leaving another AYA shotgun unsecured. Two further firearms charges were dropped. He'll be sentenced later.
