The bodies of six soldiers based in Warminster to be flown home

The bodies of six soldiers - five from the 3rd Battalion The Yorkshire Regiment and one from the 1st Battalion The Duke of Lancaster's Regiment were killed - are to be flown home.

The men's coffins are expected to arrive at RAF Brize Norton on Tuesday afternoon.

Corporal Jake Hartley, who was 20, 20-year-old Private Anthony Frampton, Private Christopher Kershaw, who was 19, Private Daniel Wade, who was 20, and Private Daniel Wilford, who was 21, all of 3rd Battalion the Yorkshire Regiment, died alongside 33-year-old Sergeant Nigel Coupe, of 1st Battalion The Duke of Lancaster's Regiment when a Taliban roadside bomb destroyed their Warrior armoured vehicle in Helmand province on March 6.
