ITV News recently revealed that hundreds of people in the West are still waiting for their potentially life-threatening tumble dryers to be repaired by manufacturers.

Despite being highlighted as 'potentially dangerous' - owners of faulty Hotpoint, Creda and Indesit machines are still waiting for engineers to inspect and repair their devices.

But some people are even being asked to pay to replace their tumble dryers, which are on a list of faulty machines at risk of catching fire.

We decided to put these questions and concerns to parent company Whirlpool.
