Bristol's Lee Haskins is the new IBF Bantamweight Champion after his opponent Randy Caballero failed to make the weight at last night's weigh-in.

Caballero, the defending champion, was making a comeback after a year off through injury but he scaled five and a half pounds over the championship limit. The fight was called off and he was stripped of the belt.

Haskins says he's disappointed to miss out on a fight he's trained so hard for.
