Delays after accident closes A4055 Cardiff Road
The A4055 Cardiff Road has been closed in both directions.
Long delays are due to an accident between B4267 Redlands Road (Merrie Harrier Traffic lights) and Murch Road / Millbrook Road.
The two car collision is also affecting traffic heading between Penarth and Dinas Powys.
