Jeffrey Plevey named as Cardiff church collapse victim
Police have identified Jeffrey Plevey as the man who died following the collapse of the Citadel building in Splott, Cardiff on Tuesday.

Cardiff Central AM Jenny Rathbone said the former church that has collapsed in the city centre was being demolished because it was thought to be unsafe.
