Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn was in Colwyn Bay this lunchtime as General Election campaigning comes to a close.

The Clwyd West seat, which was won by the Conservatives in the 2015 poll, is number 100 on Labour's list of targets. More than 800 people turned out to welcome Mr Corbyn on Colwyn Bay prom.

He told supporters that the UK needs to invest in manufacturing and that tomorrow's vote is a clear choice of five more years of austerity and cuts or a government that deals with poverty and inequality.
