On the 4th of May 2017 Wales heads to the polls to vote in the local council elections.
Anglesey: Final Result

- Independents 13
- Labour 2
- Liberal Democrats 1
Plaid Cymru gained two seats to be left just short of overall control. Whether the party gains the leadership of Anglesey council will depend on whether it can win over any of the independents, most of whom did a deal with Labour last time.
