'Daily Mile' brought in to help schoolchildren keep fit

According to health experts, children are supposed to get around an hour's worth of exercise a day.

So primary schools across Wales are trying to steer pupils attentions away from the white board - and their mobile phones and tablets - to focus on what's called a walking mile.
