Driver dies after car crashes into block of flats

A woman has died after a collision in Cardiff in the early hours of this morning.

Police say a black BMW crashed into a block of flats at the junction of Meteor Street and Moira Street in Adamsdown at 12.35am.

The 22-year-old female driver has since died, while a 21-year-old male passenger remains in hospital with serious injuries.

Four people have been arrested following the incident.
