Welsh MP Owen Smith has resigned as Shadow Secretary for Work & Pensions and told Jeremy Corbyn that deputy Labour leader Tom Watson should take over in a caretaker role.
This follows the earlier resignations of Chris Bryant, Stephen Kinnock and Wayne David.
