Concerns student loans system isn't working

The student loans system in Wales isn't working, according to some of the major players in the education sector.

As part of Professor Sir Ian Diamond's Independent review of higher education funding and student finance arrangements, more than 166 responses were received.

The Welsh Government will receive his final report in September 2016.
