The RSPCA is looking for the owner of a chameleon which fell from a tree in Cardiff.

The reptile was found in Deganwy Close, Llanishen on Saturday. It was taken to a vets and apart from being cold and dehydrated, is in good health. The veiled chameleon has now been transferred to an exotics specialist.

This chameleon could be an escapee and their owner could be desperately searching for them. We also don’t know how it came to be a tree and how he fell out of it.

We hope that this reptile isn’t another exotic that has been sadly abandoned.
