Search for mother and baby after 'outside' birth
Police say a mother thought to have given birth outside with no medical supervision delivered a baby girl - and are appealing to find them.
Gwent Police: Baby born in woodland is an 'unusual case'
Police officers trying to trace a mother who is thought to have given birth in a woodland near Newport say it is an extremely unusual case.
Gwent Police, along with healthcare staff, are now asking the mother to contact them over concerns for her and the baby's wellbeing.
