Police have launched an investigation after a woman was stabbed on Penarth Road, Cardiff.
Police name man they want to speak to after stabbing
Police have named the man they wish to speak to in connection with a stabbing today.
Arnel Martinez Raymondo, 47, is from the Roath area of the city. Police want to speak to him following a serious assault on Penarth Road in the city, this morning.
The female victim of the assault remains in hospital in a serious condition.
