Welsh legendary singer Dame Shirley Bassey has been honoured by the Noah's Ark Children's Hospital for Wales for her charity work. The hospital has renamed the road into the hospital as 'Dame Shirley Bassey Way' in recognition of her role as patron there.
Dame Shirley Bassey will visit the Children's Hospital for Wales in Cardiff later.
She will honoured for her work as a patron of the hospital.
The main thoroughfare outside the building will be renamed 'Dame Shirley Bassey Way.'
She is also expected to meet staff and patients.
