A man has pleaded not guilty to attempted murder following an attack at a Tesco store in Mold in January. A 24-year-old man from Yorkshire suffered 'serious but not life threatening injuries' in the incident.
A man has pleaded not guilty to attempted murder following an attack at a Tesco store in Mold in January. A 24-year-old man from Yorkshire suffered 'serious but not life threatening injuries' in the incident.
The Tesco store in Mold, where a man was attacked yesterday, has now reopened.
A 24-year-old man, believed to be from Yorkshire, was assaulted in the store in what police believe to be a 'racially motivated attack'.
A 25-year-old local man was arrested inside the store on suspicion of attempted murder and is still be questioned by police.
The store was closed following the attack yesterday afternoon whilst Crime Scene Investigators secured and gathered evidence and officers spoke with witnesses.
A spokesperson on behalf of Tesco said "the store has now re-opened and we will continue to do everything we can to support colleagues at our premises in Mold".

Public Health Wales figures show 25 more cases of the virus have also been confirmed.
