Today ITV Wales is opening its doors to the next generation of journalists and broadcast engineers looking to find out more about the industry.
The CDN Open Newsroom Day is being held in the regional and London newsrooms of the BBC, Channel 4, ITV, ITN, Sky and CNN. Those attending will take part in workshops and will learn about the range of skills needed for news production.
As part of the day, people working in newsrooms across the UK have been tweeting photos of themselves when they first started out!
