Bronze for Thorley after semi-final defeat
Team Wales secured its second boxing bronze medal of the day after Nathan Thorley was defeated by Mauritius' Kennedy St Pierre in the 81kg semi-final.
The man from Cardiff struggled throughout the match, with his coaching team throwing in the towel deep into round three.
Welsh interest in the boxing continues this evening, with Lauren Price and Joseph Cordina both in semi-final action at around seven.
