Mother's call for access to report into daughter's death

A mother whose teenage daughter was found dead while in the care of social services has been protesting outside the offices of Pembrokeshire Council.

Sarah Pollock is calling for "truth and transparency" over the death of 14-year-old Seren Bernard. She's says she's been denied access to a full report commissioned by the council into her daughter's death.

And today, she was joined by other families who also have complaints about the county's social services. Tom Sheldrick reports.
