Just a few hundred homes after now left without power, after recent storms. There is still disruption on the roads.
Just over 2,000 Western Power customers cut off
Western Power Distribution say they hope to have all their customers reconnected by this evening. Engineers have been working throughout the day to reconnect just over 2,000 customers.

Extreme gusts reached up to around 100mph on the Welsh coast and were so ferocious they caused a blizzard of sea foam to fall on land.
