Fresh claims of serious neglect have been uncovered by a special ITV News investigation at a hospital already at the centre of a major police investigation and an independent review ordered by the Welsh Government.
A nurse who worked at one of Wales' most heavily-criticised hospitals has given ITV News a first-hand account of the care and standards that she says she witnessed.
Glenda Rodriguez-Noza has spoken out after the Princess of Wales Hospital in Bridgend was hit by a series of controversies.
Abertawe Bro Morgannwg University Health Board has apologised to the patients and families let down at the Princess of Wales Hospital, adding: "While there are many examples of excellent care at the hospital, we are very aware that this has not been the case for everyone.
"This is clearly not acceptable. All patients have the right to expect consistent, high quality care. We are doing our utmost to ensure that this is delivered on every ward and department."
