Cardiff City owner Vincent Tan has told the club's manager Malky Mackay that he'll not get 'a single penny' to strengthen his squad after Christmas.
In a statement released through club Chief Executive Simon Lim, Tan pointed to a transfer over-spend of £15million in the summer - a figure Mackay has disputed. Nick Hartley reports.
