Cardiff City owner Vincent Tan is said to be 'extremely upset' with the club's manager Malky Mackay, after he revealed plans to make three new signings in January, without putting plans to the board first.

Cardiff City owner Vincent Tan has told the club's manager Malky Mackay that he'll not get 'a single penny' to strengthen his squad after Christmas.
In a statement released through club Chief Executive Simon Lim, Tan pointed to a transfer over-spend of £15million in the summer - a figure Mackay has disputed. Nick Hartley reports.
