Rhyl harbour bridge opens
A new bridge over Rhyl Harbour is officially opened by Paralympic cyclist Mark Colbourne.

Paralympic cyclist, Mark Colbourne, will open a spectacular new bridge over the harbour in Rhyl today. 'Pont Y Ddraig' will close the final gap in the National Cycle Network route that runs along the north Wales coast.
