Welsh Tory leader on tax powers transfer to Wales

The Welsh Conservative leader has urged the UK government to stop delaying a decision on transferring some tax powers to Wales. Earlier this week the Prime Minister reused to set a date for a decision on the transfer.

It's been delayed for several months already because of a consultation on devolving stamp duty land tax. But Andrew RT Davies says there's a danger that any further wait could risk it being lost altogether.
