Record number of Green Flags
A record number of parks and green spaces in Wales are given the Green Flag Award.

Welsh parks prized for welcome, safety and cleanliness
60 parks in Wales have been awarded the prestigious Green Flag Award, with a further 56 given to community-run green spaces.
Top of the class was Neath Port Talbot which was given 16 in total, with Margam Park among those getting a Green Flag for the first time.
