Rhondda golden eagles hatch
Dean Britton, from the Rhondda, is celebrating breeding two golden eagles in captivity.
He has been involved in falconry for over forty years and has spent the last seven years trying to breed a golden eagle.

"Golden eagles can be very difficult to breed in captivity, so I'm thrilled that this year it's all gone to plan" says Dean Britton.
At his breeding facility in the Rhondda, he has also bred goshawks, peregrine falcons, merlins and hobbies.
