Work is underway to build new "affordable" homes on the former paper mill site at Ely Bridge.
Ely Mill development contributes to Welsh Government targets
Earlier this year, the Minister for Housing, Regeneration and Heritage set a target to deliver 7,500 additional affordable homes in Wales during the term of Government.
In October, he announced that during 2011 - 12 local authorities reported 2,489 affordable homes were build across Wales.
