Renishaw says it anticipates filling the existing building at Miskin in the next five to seven years, with room still to expand on the site.
It has space to double it's manufacturing capacity, with more space than it will ever need. In order to fund the developments at Miskin, Renishaw has plans to sell off two million square feet to a third party for logistics and a distribution centre.
