Strictly Come Dancing professional Amy Dowden has marked one year since finishing chemotherapy treatment in an emotional post to social media.

The 33-year-old, from Caerphilly, has also had a high-profile battle with breast cancer and has undergone a mastectomy and chemotherapy.

The Caerphilly-born dancer announced in June that she had undergone a mastectomy after discovering that she had stage three breast cancer at the age of 32.
