Councillors in Pembrokeshire agreed to reduce the council tax premium for owning a second home.

The local authority says it has a huge housing crisis. It has become the first county in Wales to issue an Article 4 direction.

Self-catered holiday lets must be booked 182 days a year or else owners could pay a council tax premium of up to 300%.
