Welsh Government is offering health workers a one off 3% payment, backdated to last year, and a 5% offer from the start of this month.

The RCN has said if the health minister does not return to the negotiating table within five working days, it will announce further strike dates.

Midwives in Wales are to stage an eight-hour walkout on the same day that thousands of nurses are also due to go on strike.
