After a difficult few years, Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Heath Board is beginning to rebuild its approach to maternity services and baby loss.

The way women are treated after a miscarriage in England and Scotland is changing, and there are calls for Wales to do the same.

The Miscarriage Association estimates that there are around a quarter of a million miscarriages in the UK each year.
