Taxpayers are currently paying £240,000 a year in rent for the multimillion-pound building at Mochdre Commerce Park.

The Senedd's Economy Committee is calling for urgent improvements for HGV drivers following the impact that staff shortages had on supply chains in Wales.

Under the plan, the Government says it will create 2,000 new jobs ands support more than 1,000 businesses in a bid to drive economic recovery forward.
