Fly-tipping in Swansea has risen by almost a quarter in just 12 months.

Steven Bouchard, 38, from Pontypridd dumped almost 200 black bags of waste across 3 locations in the county borough.

According to residents of Lysaght village, members of the public have been dumping lawnmowers, beds and other bits of rubbish in communal bin areas.
