A review into historical child abuse in north Wales has found no evidence to undermine a previous inquiry. The Macur Review looked into the Waterhouse Inquiry the abuse of boys at children's homes between 1974 and 1996.

The charity welcomed the publication of the report, but said that some would be 'surprised and disappointed' by the findings.
