England have 50-50 chance of playing Wales
UEFA has announced its seedings for the Euro 2016 draw leaving a 50-50 chance that England will be playing Wales, Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland.
England will be among the top seeds in Pot 1 along with hosts France and European champions Spain.
Whilst Wales, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland will be among the six countries in Pot 4, based on UEFA's coefficient statistics.
In July, Chris Coleman's side were among the top seeds for the 2018 World Cup qualifying draw but that was based on much higher FIFA rankings.
The draw, which takes place on the 12th December will see the 24 finalists draw into six groups of four teams for next summer's finals in France.
The winners and runners-up in each group will qualify for the knockout phase with only eight teams being eliminated in the group phase.
The tournament will start on 10th June 2016 and the final will take place at the Stade de France in July.
