One woman died and hundreds were left homeless when the River Elwy burst its banks. And as Ian Lang reports, people living there say they won't have peace of mind until a permanent solution is found.

It'll mean temporary barriers can be installed when there's potential flooding.
In November 2012 one person died after 400 homes were inundated.
