Although the rain is easing, there is still flash flooding in many parts of the country. Meanwhile, things are beginning to get back to normal after yesterday's travel chaos.

Llancarfan floods: Woman rescued from trapped car
A woman had to be rescued by staff and drinkers in a village pub after her car was carried away by a raging torrent in the Vale of Glamorgan.
The incident happened at lunchtime when the driver from Barry attempted to cross the ford in the middle of the village of Llancarfan.
The force of the water carried her Mini about 200 yards downstream past the Fox & Hounds pub and the medieval church and only stopped when the vehicle became wedged in a two arch bridge.
After the alarm was raised helpers from the pub used a ladder to get the woman to safety. She appeared shaken but not badly injured and was taken to hospital by ambulance for further checks.
