Police make arrest after dog walker who died in Carmarthenshire collision is named

A dog walker who was killed in a car collision in Carmarthenshire has been named.

The family of 38-year-old Aaron Jones are being supported by specially trained officers.

The fatal collision happened in Llanpumsaint on December 23 while Mr Jones was walking his dog.

A man, aged 27, has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving, failing to stop for a collision, and failing to report a collision.

The road remains closed while Dyfed-Powys Police carry out their investigation.
