Dyfed-Powys Police are investigating an attempted murder in Llandrindod Wells, Powys.

Officers received a call from the ambulance service requesting assistance at an address in Llethyr Bryn, at just after 8.20pm yesterday (Saturday, December 14).

A man was reported to have sustained serious injuries.

Police say "the investigation team is appealing for information and would like to speak to anyone who saw the incident or might be able to help identify the person responsible.

"If you live in the area and saw or heard any suspicious behaviour yesterday evening, please get in touch."
