Body found in wasteland water by M4 identified by police as missing Caldicot man

The body of a man who was found in wasteland water by the M4 motorway has been identified, police have confirmed.

Dean Upton from Caldicot was discovered near the Magor Junction on Sunday 8 May 2022.

Gwent Police said the 57-year-old man was first reported as missing in November last year.

His death is not being treated as suspicious.
