More than two football fields worth of land destroyed in fire on Caerphilly mountains

A "large fire" that started on mountains in Caerphilly has now been dealt with by South Wales Fire and Rescue Service.
People were advised on 21 March to keep their doors and windows shut following the fire due to the smoke.
South Wales Fire & Rescue Service said their crews were in attendance on the hills above Abertridwr.
Around 12 hectares of land were destroyed in the blaze according to South Wales Fire & Rescue.
One local resident filmed the flames from their window.
A spokesperson from South Wales Fire and Rescue said: "We left last night the scene, and the situation is dealt with.
"The fire has now been fully extinguished."
