Wales are just two games away from qualifying for their first World Cup campaign since 1958.

Sixty-three years ago Wales were in a similar situation where they earned qualification through the play-offs. They beat Israel 2-1 at Ninian Park which sealed their place in Sweden.

Page added: "We have given ourselves a great opportunity. It was 1958 when we qualified from a play-off again.

"We have worked ever so hard to finish second in the group. Everything to play for."

Kieffer Moore's equaliser in their 1-1 draw against Belgium this month sealed a second place and a home seeded play-off spot.

With the home advantage cemented and the semi-finals played across one leg, it means the importance of playing at the Cardiff City Stadium is vital to Wales chances to make it to the final.

Semi-final matches are to be played on the March 24 and 25, should Wales beat their opponents they will then play in the final on March 28 if successful.
