M4 closed at Bridgend after car and motorbike crash
A crash between a car and a motorbike has closed the M4 in both directions at Bridgend, leading to long queues and delays.
The incident happened on the eastbound carriageway between Junction 36 Sarn and Junction 35 Pencoed but both sides of the road have been closed to allow the emergency services to respond.
Traffic Wales said it was dealing with a crash and "heavy" congestion and the road has been closed to allow an air ambulance to land.
There are about 4 miles of queuing traffic following the collision at about 7:30am on Tuesday morning.
Police are on the scene and are advising motorists to avoid the area and find alternative routes.
