Further nine people in Wales die from coronavirus as first minister sets out strategy to lift lockdown restrictions
A further 9 people have died after testing positive for coronavirus, with another 126 cases confirmed in Wales.
It brings the total number of deaths in Wales to 1,173, though the figure is likely to be higher.
The figures from Public Health Wales come as First Minister Mark Drakeford announced a traffic light-style roadmap to bring Wales out of lockdown
The traffic light approach is based on four stages to determine how rules could be lifted - lockdown, red, amber and green - and includes the reopening of schools, seeing family and friends, playing sports and running businesses.
Speaking at Friday's daily press conference, Mark Drakeford also said he had ''an ambition to bring some cohorts of children back to school.''
But confirmed schools in Wales will not reopen fully before the Summer holidays.
