Public warned to 'act responsibly' over May Day bank holiday, as more coronavirus deaths reported
Health officials have warned people to continue to adhere to lockdown rules as the May Day bank holiday looms.
Public Health Wales said the message to stay at home and save lives "has not changed".
Today's figures show another 21 people with coronavirus have died in Wales, bringing the total to 1,044.
There have been 10,764 confirmed cases in Wales so far, with 95 new cases reported today.
The true number is likely to be higher, as not everyone displaying symptoms has been tested for the virus.
Since lockdown measures began in March, police forces across the country have handed out hundreds of penalty notices to people breaking the rules.
As well as breaking up house parties, barbecues and family gatherings, officers have been called to reports of groups sunbathing, playing sports and picnicking in the sunshine.
There are concerns that some people are getting 'lockdown fatigue' and officials are pleading with the public to stick to the guidelines.
Ahead of the May Day bank holiday - which is on Friday this year to mark VE day - Public Health Wales stressed that social distancing rules remain in effect.
Spokesperson Dr Giri Shankar said: “We remind the public to continue to adhere to Welsh Government’s restrictions on non-essential travel, caravan and campsites, hotels, B&Bs and holiday accommodations, as well as the limited access to our national parks.
"We also remind owners of second homes in Wales to act responsibly and to avoid traveling to these homes until restrictions have been lifted."
