Man arrested under Terrorism Act and for assaulting a police officer in Cardiff

Police in Cardiff have arrested a 20-year-old man under the Terrorism Act and on suspicion of assaulting an officer.

At around 7:00am on Sunday morning South Wales Police were called to an address in Cyncoed after receiving reports for a concerned resident.

The man was arrested and taken to Cardiff Bay police station.
