Pontypridd Lido 'unlikely' to reopen this year after Storm Dennis damage
Pontypridd Lido will remain closed for the rest of the year after it was damaged by flooding during Storm Dennis.
Rhondda Cynon Taf council leader Andrew Morgan said the outdoor swimming pool is ''unlikely'' to open until after 2020.
Last weekend, the River Taff in Pontypridd reached the highest level in more than 40 years leaving homes, businesses and cars submerged in water.
The Ynysangharad War Memorial Park, which is home to the lido, is expected to remain closed for the next two months.
