Tonight: Rain will continue through the evening, and become heavier overnight. There are rainfall warnings in force for both the north and south of the country. The winds will remain strong Minimum temperature 7 °C.

Thursday: A very wet and windy start, but the rain should begin to clear away later in the morning. A drier afternoon will follow with a mixture of sunshine and showers. Maximum temperature 10 °C.

Outlook for Friday to Sunday: A windy but drier outlook, with sunny spells on Friday and Saturday. Heavy rain overnight. Sunday will be slightly more unsettled with rain likely through most of the day.
